Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 pound sushi-grade tuna, diced

  • 3 scallions, finely sliced

  • juice and zest of 1 lime

  • 2 teaspoons Glicks Soy Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Honey

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Sesame Oil (not toasted sesame oil)

  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds (or white, if you don’t have)

  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Combine

Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive (glass or plastic) bowl and serve.

To serve as shown above, scoop into a small circle of tortilla shaped as a cone. Heshy shows us how it’s done.
