Turkey-Beef Burgers

These easy, low-carb burgers are a balanced blend of turkey deli, ground beef, and interesting spices. Bake them for just a few minutes, and supper will be ready in under half an hour. Use gluten-free buns or your favorite bun alternative to cut out the gluten completely.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form mixture into patties.

  3. Place burgers on a flat cooking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Be careful not to overcook your burgers, otherwise they will be hard and dry.

  4. Mix the honey and mustard in a small bowl and smear onto each bun.

  5. Place burger in bun and enjoy!
