  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cold bowl to maintain creamy texture.

  2. Top with toppings of your choice:
    - Fresh mango
    - Coconut flakes
    - Chia seeds
    - Fresh banana
    - Dragon fruit (pitaya)

Variation:

For extra creaminess and nutrition, add a handful of frozen riced cauliflower to the blender.
