Watch this smoothie bowl and a turmeric latte come to life here!
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
pinch of black pepper (Note: a bit of black pepper helps the body absorb turmeric)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cold bowl to maintain creamy texture.
Top with toppings of your choice: – Fresh mango– Coconut flakes– Chia seeds– Fresh banana– Dragon fruit (pitaya)
