These faux dairy latkes are super easy to whip up, and they are completely gluten-free. Enjoy sharing them at your own family Chanukah celebration!

For the Latkes

  1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a fork until fully combined.

  2. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over a medium flame. Add the batter to the hot oil, one tablespoon at a time. Fry on each side until golden, approximately three minutes per side.

  3. Serve drizzled with agave syrup or spread with apricot jam.
