Vanilla Cheese Pancakes


Otherwise known as ”cheese latkes”, these are nice for a light supper (protein) dish.



1. Stir all ingredients together, except the oil, in a large bowl. (You can use a blender if you desire a smoother consistency.)
2. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and drop batter by tablespoonfuls. Fry on each side until golden brown. Continue with remaining batter. Drain pancakes on paper towels.
