Yields 6 dozen cookies
4 sticks margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
6 cups Glicks Flour
pinch of Haddar Salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In large bowl, beat margarine and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract; mix well.
Gradually add flour and salt to mixer; beat until combined. Do not chill.
Fill cookie press with dough fitted with desired disc.
Press cookies onto ungreased and unlined cookie sheet. You need the cookies to stick to the pan to be successfully removed from the cookie press.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are light golden. Place sheet pan on cooling rack. Cool two minutes and gently release cookies from sheet pan. Cool completely.
