1 and 1/4 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Add brown sugar, margarine, water, and peanut butter to a stand or hand mixer and cream together. Pour in the flour mixture and mix to combine.
Use an ice cream scoop to drop cookie dough on the cookie sheet. Flatten by pressing down with the tines of a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
