Looking for a super easy yet very tasty side dish? This vegetable kugel takes minutes to put together. Literally, just open a few frozen packs, and in no time you get an upgraded side dish with so little effort.
1 pack Beleaves Kohlrabi
1 pack Beleaves Sweet Potato Sticks
1 pack Beleaves Zucchini
1 pack Beleaves Carrot Rounds
6 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons onion soup mix
1 pack facon, diced
Kosher for Passover Panko crumbs
Shred the vegetables (defrosted slightly) in your food processor on the larger shred blade.
Mix with the eggs, oil, salt, pepper, onion soup mix, and facon.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan and top with panko crumbs.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
