Diets Take your basic salmon recipe and elevate it with some fresh ingredients and a divine veggie crust!
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Manischewitz Honey
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Sautéed Onions
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
side of salmon
Combine the oil, honey, onions, lemon juice, orange juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix until incorporated.
Pour the sauce over the salmon and top it with the veggie coating.
Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for twenty-five minutes.

Love this recipe! After baking the sauce and the coating are both delicious! Good substitute for Heaven and Earth veggie coating: Crush their veggie chips in a food processor or crush the original salted Terra chips as a different but good substitute.
