Ingredients

Veggie Hamantaschen

  • 1 tablespoon oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil

  • 2 onions, diced

  • 1 sweet potato, diced

  • 1 (10-ounce) package white mushrooms, diced

Directions

Prepare the Veggie Hamantaschen

1.

In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté onion until golden. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté until soft.

2.

Cut circles in the malawach with the top of a glass.

3.

Place filling in the center of each circle. Pinch the three corners tightly.

4.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, until brown.

5.

Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
