Diets These veggie kabobs will add so much to your barbecue. Between the gorgeous colors and the great flavor, this will be a hit with everyone. And eating food off a stick is always fun! If these veggies are not your favorite, feel free to switch it up, using mushrooms, onions, or even cubes of chicken.
3 small zucchini
3 small yellow squash
12 grape tomatoes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon Gefen Basil
Wash squash well, cut diagonally into one inch chunks.
Using metal skewers, thread squash chunks and tomatoes alternately.
Combine all ingredients for marinade. Brush kabobs with marinade.
Place kabobs on grill or pan broil 10-15 minutes. Turn kabobs occasionally and brush with marinade.
