Jelly is no longer something just to spread on matzo. Enjoy this refreshing, sweet cocktail –whether you eat gebrokts or not!

Ingredients

Vodka Jelly Fizz

  • 3 ice cubes, plus more for the glass

  • 2 ounces vodka

  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice (reserve 1 lime slice for garnish)

Directions

Prepare the Vodka Jelly Fizz

1.

Add three ice cubes, vodka, lime juice, and fruit spread to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for two minutes.

2.

Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice. Top off with seltzer.

3.

Garnish with lime slice and serve.
