Some dinners are more than just good flavors—they’re also fun for the whole family. How do you wing? Do you crack them in half? Do you use a fork and knife? Do you debone a pile and then eat? What’s your method? “Bone” apetite!
2 pounds wings
1/3 cup Glicks Ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fish-free Worcestershire sauce such as Tonnelli
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place wings and all ingredients into a large zip-top bag or bowl and toss until coated.
Place wings along with all the sauce onto a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 40 minutes, then uncover and broil for four minutes.
