I have no clue what inspired the creation of this dressing or how to explain the taste, hence the name. All I can say is that it’s extremely tasty, and it makes an amazing salad dressing or dipping sauce. Whatever you call it — it’s truly a flavor bomb.

Yields 1 pound (450 grams)

Ingredients

Whatchamacallit Dressing

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1.

Place all ingredients into a two-pound container.

2.

Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth.

3.

Store in the fridge for up to one week.
