We’ve been making these acai boards all summer!
They freeze so well, you just take it out of the freezer a half hour before serving and add toppings.
1 bag frozen strawberries
2 acai packets
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons almond butter (or other nut butter), the runny kind
Let the berries defrost and then blend.
Pour a thin layer into an acrylic tray and add toppings in rows.
Some of our fav toppings: granola, mini choc chips, mango, kiwi, coconut, nectarines, and bananas.
Serve with a runny nut butter so everyone can drizzle on top of their plate.
