Whole Wheat Cheese Latkes

Make the Latkes
Yields 18 latkes
Mix cottage cheese, flour, eggs, both sugars until well combined. Mixture will be a bit dry, Add milk a tablespoon at a time to loosen up batter.
Spray a frying pan with non stick spray . Over medium heat drop batter by large tablespoonfulls and fry until nicely browned. Flip and fry the other side.
