4 cups Shibolim White Whole Wheat Flour or other whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup Gefen Honey
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough.
Refrigerate several hours.
Form into balls. Flatten slightly.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes.
