Whole Wheat Rolls

The most amazing soft and light honey whole wheat dinner rolls you’ve ever tasted. 100% whole wheat and totally dairy free.

Directions

Prepare the Rolls

1. Dissolve yeast in one cup of water. Combine all ingredients and knead well for seven to 10 minutes. Let rise for one and a half hours.
2. Form into rolls and let rise for an additional 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30–40 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:

These freeze very well.
