4 cups Shibolim White Spelt Flour
2 teaspoons Gefen Dry Yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons oil, plus more to coat the bowl
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Stir in water, then oil.
Knead dough until smooth. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and turn to coat dough with oil.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about one hour.
Punch down the dough, knead it a few times to remove some of the bubbles, and shape into loaves.
Place loaves into prepared pans, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 35 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

Can I use a different brand of spelt flour? Not shibolim? would it still work? Thanks
We recommend Shibolim but any brand should work.
