Yanky’s Signature Deli Roll

Ingredients

Deli Roll

  • 1 sheet Gefen Puff Pastry

  • 8 slices navel pastrami

  • 8 slices turkey roll

  • 8 slices beef salami

Topping Ideas

  • black and white sesame seeds, such as Pereg

  • panko crumbs

  • parsley flakes

  • everything bagel seasoning

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.

2.

In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, sugar, 1/4 cup duck sauce, mayonnaise, and soy sauce.

3.

Roll out the puff pastry and spread with 3/4 cup of the honey mustard mixture.

4.

Layer the pastrami, turkey, and salami over the honey mustard.

5.

Roll up jelly-roll style and transfer to the baking sheet.

6.

Brush with duck sauce. Top with desired toppings, covering the top and sides of the deli roll.

7.

Bake uncovered for one hour and 10 minutes.
