These make a delicious protein-filled breakfast or lunch.

Directions

Prepare the Yogurt Pancakes

1. Blend together eggs, milk, yogurt, sugar, and salt. Add baking powder and flour and blend until well combined.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Fry pancakes on each side until golden.
