Za’atar Roasted Carrots (in the Air Fryer)

Super simple veggie side that takes minutes to prep and then is ready in under half an hour! See notes for air fryer directions!

Ingredients

Za’atar Roasted Carrots

  • 6 large carrots, peeled and sliced

  • 1 tablespoon za’atar

Techina Dip

  • 2 tablespoons water (or more)

Directions

Prepare the Za’atar Roasted Carrots

1.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Prep a baking sheet by lining it with Gefen Parchment Paper.

Place the carrots on the baking sheet. Drizzle on the oil and Sprinkle on the za’atar. Using hands or a spoon, mix it so everything is coated evenly. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.

Mix together the tahini, lemon juice, and water. Stir until smooth. Add more water if needed to thin it to desired consistency.

4.

Serve the carrots with the techina dip.

Notes:

Have an air fryer? These are easy to make in the air fryer as well! Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in the air fryer for 30 minutes.
