Main ingredients

  • 3 pounds Russet or Idaho potatoes, cut into wedges

  • 3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil

  • 3 tablespoons Frank’s red hot cayenne pepper sauce

  • 3 cups french fried onions, finely crushed

  • salt, to taste (optional)

  • black pepper, to taste (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Fries

1.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Place potatoes, olive oil, and hot sauce in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and toss potatoes to coat. Remove potatoes from bag and coat potatoes in crumb mixture, pressing firmly.

3.

Arrange potatoes in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Tips:

Add some red hot sauce to your ketchup for a dipping sauce with an extra kick to serve with the potatoes.
