Zucchini chocolate chip muffins! The perfect healthier breakfast (or snack) muffin! Trust me, these are incredible.
Yields 18 muffins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the first seven ingredients (all the wet ingredients). Then add in the dry and lastly the chocolate chips.
Right before placing them in the oven, sprinkle an additional two teaspoons cinnamon on top, if desired. Bake for 20–30 minutes till golden. Enjoy!
