This savory dairy quiche is just the ticket for a weeknight dinner or an option at your next dairy buffet event.
Prebake quiche dough.
Place half of cheese into pie shell. Arrange half of vegetables over cheese. Repeat with remaining cheese and vegetables.
Pour egg mixture over layers. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until center is set.
Toss cheese with flour, and set aside.
Heat margarine in a skillet. Add zucchini, onions and peppers and stir-fry over medium heat until tender. Set aside.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Set aside.
