Pastry for Quiche (No Margarine)


Use this basic, rich quiche dough for any filling you desire. We recommend: Mushroom Quiche, Spinach Quiche, Zucchini Quiche.


Prepare the Dough

1. Mix liquids and add dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
2. Pat dough into 10-inch pie plate. Pre-bake for five minutes.
3. Fill with desired filling.


For mini quiches, roll dough to one-quarter-inch thickness. Cut into three-inch rounds. Place into a two- and- a- half-inch tartlet or muffin pans.
