Short Rib Gnocchi

Yussi is back with an amazing recipe for Short Rib Gnocchi. This dish is comfort food at its finest and takes minutes to prep. The addition of short ribs and white wine makes this recipe truly restaurant-worthy and perfect for Shabbat, Yom Tov or any special occasion.

Get the recipe:

1 large white onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc
2 packages Bartenura Gnocchi
2 and 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon sugar
2 pieces short ribs or cheek meat
1 marrow bone
