4 to 6 beef knee bones to fill pot
3 pieces flanken
lamb stew meat (optional)
40 cloves garlic
1 large Spanish onion
2 tablespoons table salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
