Classic Passover Schnitzel

Mimi is sharing with us one of her favorite Pesach recipes. The perfect, crunchy, easy Pesach Schnitzel. With only 4 easily accessible ingredients, you won't believe what she uses as a coating!

Get the recipe: 

1 (1-pound) package butterflied chicken cutlets (about 4)
1 full cup Gefen Mayonnaise (use more if needed)
at least 3 bags honey BBQ potato chips or stix of your choice, such as Glicks BBQ Chips
oil, for frying
