Mother's Day Breakfast Tacos
This Mother's Day, treat your mother to a breakfast in bed that's easy to make and something she would love. It’s everyone’s favorite - scrambled eggs - but taken to the next level for this special day with goat cheese and spinach placed in a soft taco shell. Comes together in minutes and presents beautifully.
Get the recipe:
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
3 cubes frozen Gefen Sautéed Onions, or 1 large onion, diced and sautéed
3 cups sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
2 ounces (50 grams) goat cheese, cut into small cubes
pepper, to taste
6 whole wheat soft taco wraps
hot sauce, for drizzling
