Cheesy Garlic Flower
1 sheet Gefen Puff Pastry, defrosted
6 tablespoons cottage cheese, divided
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or more to taste), divided
6 tablespoons butter
6–8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil, or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Basil
