Chinese Chicken Poppers

Get the recipe: 

 1 (1 and 1/2 pound) package chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
 2 cloves garlic
 3 cubes frozen ginger
 2 tablespoons orange juice
 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
 1 tablespoon honey
 3 eggs
 1 recipe grain-free bread crumbs (recipe below) or Rorie’s NEW coating crumbs
 cooking spray
