Here is an elevated twist on a classic dish that you probably makes at least once a week- chicken! This dish is the perfect bite, it has something spicy, something sweet, something acidic and something crunchy and this recipe hits all those notes.
A great hack is to keep bags of the chicken pre marinaded in your freezer this way when you are “short on thyme” you can pull it out and you are ready to get frying!

Chicken and Marinade
1 (2-pound) pack chicken pargiyot, sliced in half
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup Gefen Soy Sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
