6 cloves garlic or 6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves

Hi, What grill are you using?
Looks so good! The kebabs look so juicy and good. I wish you would taste it to see how the inside looks. But looks delicious anyway.
All of this looks great. I wonder if there is a reason you remove the plastic before pushing the stick through the kebab? I would think it might be cleaner and retain the shape better if you left the plastic in place during that stage. I would value your response.
You can definitely do that as well! Either way works.
