Bourique Envelopes Stuffed with Meat and Mashed Potatoes
1 package Gefen Spring Roll Wrappers
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 small to medium finely chopped onion
2 large potatoes, boiled
1 cube Gefen frozen parsley
handful of pine nuts roasted lightly on a pan (no oil is needed)
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/2 tablespoon Pereg Jerusalem Grill spice mix
oil, for frying
