Duck Sauce Swap
1/2 to 1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, divided
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup naturally sweetened apricot jam (I use Fiordifrutta)
3 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed, or 2 cubes frozen garlic
