Rorie’s back, and just in time for Purim, bringing a new twist to the healthy shaloch manot. Did you know chia seeds are actually loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, protein, antioxidants and fiber? These chia pudding cups are not only good for you and simple to make, they also look adorable when presented as shaloch manot.

Chia Pudding
3/4 cup milk of choice (flax, oat, Gefen Almond)
sweetener of choice to taste (Gefen Maple Syrup, honey, stevia, monk fruit extract)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
