How do I use this? Do I put it in my milk, smoothie etc.?

Just wondering – why does the body stop producing it at 25? And why do we think we need it more than Hashem wants us to have it?

The cellular mechanism in the body naturally slows down after a certain age. As with any supplement or treatment, it’s up to you to decide if/how much hishtadlus you want to do to strengthen yourself.
