Does this have a strong coconut taste?
Yes
If you don’t want it to have a strong coconut taste then use refined coconut oil in the crust. In terms of the filling, I think it really depends how sensitive you are to taste. I’ve had people not notice when I use coconut milk and times when people can taste it.
Yummmm!
