Get the recipe:
2 pounds ground beef + lamb
1 small onion, minced
1/3 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon Gefen Cumin
salt, to taste
pepper to taste
6 large or 12 small pitas, halved

can i make this on the stove or in the oven?
Yes, either should work. I’d suggest making this dish on the stovetop and using a regular pan instead of a grill pan.
