3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for working
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup almond milk (or soy milk)
1 egg
