Shavuot is coming and Danielle is back with another awesome recipe. These dairy flatbreads are amazingly quick and simple and can be loaded up with all of your favorite toppings. Go veg-heavy, or add extra cheese. You can even have people build their own!
Get the recipe:
1 and 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 and 1/2 cups warm water
2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
1 cup Shibolim Whole Wheat Four
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/4 cup sour cream
canola oil, for grilling
Please note, since this bread is dairy one should place cheese on top as an obvious sign, or only make a small batch that will get eaten that day.
