1 and 1/2 cups Tuscanini Elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, such as Glicks
1 and 1/2 cups whole milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 and 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Ok so I made this for melava malka in a Betty Crocker using my own gluten free pizza dough, and brown rice pasta I also stuffed the crust with cheese sticks. I wish I can post a picture it came out heavenly!!!!! I saved some of the Mac n cheese sauce for my Sunday pasta it was way too good!! Thank you so much!!
