This Mexican hot chocolate recipe is flavorful and rich and takes minutes to prepare. Enjoy this rich treat alone or accompanied by some hot Haddar churros.

Mexican Hot Chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
pinch of chili powder (optional)
4 cups whole milk
2Â egg yolks (optional)
Haddar Churros and Mini Churros for dipping, prepared according to package directions
