2 pounds chicken cutlets, cubed
4 cloves garlic, minced, or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons sumac
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon tahini
juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil for frying
