It's summer time and Naomi is being joined by her friend Liz Rueven of @kosherlikeme to talk seasonal produce and make a refreshing, cooling summer gazpacho with a twist!

3 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
8 cups seedless watermelon, rough chopped with all juice saved
5 medium tomatoes, rough chopped
1 small onion, peeled and quartered
3 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
2 tablespoons cumin
1 teaspoon sriracha
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup basil, chopped
1/4 cup mint
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1–2 tablespoons salt
