Sheet-Pan Pargiyot
2 pounds pargiyot (boneless, skinless chicken thighs)
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
1/4 cup Gefen Pure Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Gefen Olive Oil
3 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or fresh thyme if available)
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

How long do u cook for and at what temp?

can you use any mustard or only stone ground?
Another mustard should work fine but the stone ground one is more mild.
Can this be made with any other type of chicken – breast or bone-in pieces?
Hi Chaya,
You can, you will just need to adjust the cooking time. Chicken breast will likely cook faster and bone in pieces will likely cook slower.
Either way, it should come out delicious!
