You will need:
Thick strawberry sauce
1 ”x 6” strip of kosher for Passover brownie (approximately)
Custard cream (equal parts whipped-up non-dairy topping mixed with custard cream)
Gooseberries, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves for garnishing
Wide star tip
Pastry brush
