6 turkey legs, or 4 chicken bottoms
1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Pereg Shawarma Spice
Oven Fries
15 Yukon gold potatoes, washed well
2 tablespoons oil
salt, to taste

Rena, do you have a recommendation for the oil sprayer that you used?
Hi! I use a continuous water mister bottle that I put mostly olive oil into and then a little water for it to mist nicely. Recently though I’ve been using this one and I just add oil in and it sprays really nicely and evenly. And it can be used to pour or drizzle oil as well.

Thank you for responding so quickly! I didn’t think you were still looking at these old posts. That’s a super helpful tip. I have an oil spraying bottle but it comes out in splurts so I stopped using it for oil. But I added water to it tonight and I think this might actually work. And thank you for the link…that one is much more affordable than many that are out there! I really appreciate it!
