While it's recommended you use food on Passover that has a specific kosher for Passover certification, what foods, if any, don't need it? In the video, Rabbi Elefant clarifies the answers for frequently queried products.
Virgin olive oil does not need special for Passover supervision.
If you have a bottle of seltzer or a bottle of water that's not flavored, just plain seltzer and water do not need special for Passover supervision.
Chia seeds do not need to have special for Passover supervision if they have no other ingredients, if there's nothing in them.
The same goes for nuts. If you have nuts in their shells, they don't need to have special for Passover supervision. What you should look for is if on the ingredient panel of the nuts there's an indication that they contain BHT or BHS, then you need to have special for Passover supervision.
Unflavored, non-decaffeinated coffee also does not need to have special for Passover supervision.
